Do your apps require an account?
No. Our products are built to work without sign-ups wherever possible.
How do you handle my data?
Short version: we collect as little as possible and never sell it. The long version lives in our Privacy Policy.
Can I request a refund?
App Store purchases are processed by Apple, so refunds go through Apple directly at reportaproblem.apple.com. If something in one of our products isn't working, email us too — we want to fix it.
