Privacy Policy
TillyCode LLC ("TillyCode," "we," "us") is an independent software studio based in Kentucky, USA. We build apps and games for everyday people, and we take a simple position on privacy: we collect as little information as possible, and we never sell personal information to anyone.
This policy explains what little we do collect, why, and what your choices are. It covers this website (the "Site") and our software products ("Apps"). Where a specific App has its own privacy practices, they are described in that App's section below and on its App Store listing.
Our website
This Site is a static informational website. It does not require an account, does not use advertising, and does not set tracking cookies.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare, Inc.) automatically processes standard technical information — such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested — to deliver the Site and protect it from abuse. We do not use this information to identify visitors.
- Fonts. The Site loads typefaces from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests font files from Google's servers when the page loads.
- Email. If you email us, we receive your email address and the contents of your message. We use them only to respond to you and to improve our products, and we retain correspondence only as long as needed for those purposes.
Our apps and games
Our house rule is privacy by default: our Apps are designed to work without accounts, without third-party advertising networks, and without selling or sharing personal information. Each App's specific data practices are disclosed in its App Store privacy label and in this policy before release.
Crime Lab CEO (in development)
Crime Lab CEO is a single-player management game. It is currently in development; its complete privacy disclosure will be published here and on its App Store listing before release.
EvidenceGrid (in development)
EvidenceGrid is currently in development. Its complete privacy disclosure will be published here and on its App Store listing before release.
Children's privacy
Our products are made for general audiences and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us at privacy@tillycodellc.com and we will delete it.
How we share information
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We share information only with service providers who help us operate (such as our hosting and email providers), or when required by law.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you. Because we collect so little, the fastest path is simply to email us — we will honor any reasonable request to access or delete your information, regardless of where you live.
Changes to this policy
If our practices change, we will update this page and revise the effective date above. Material changes affecting a released App will also be reflected in that App's App Store listing.
